“Our transform program is our PREFERRED program for target specific results. This membership includes (1) 1on1 30:00 performance and structural testing days & (1) InBody body composition measurements to ensure the coach can evaluate the athletic foundations, functional, and structural baselines of the athlete. After their baseline day, the athlete will have access to a daily undulating High Low program in Trainheroic, with target-specific exercise selections for main compound movements, based on needs, + safe volume and intensity progressions for GAINS. ” - Coach Gray

(1) 30:00 1on1 Structural & Functional Diagnostic & Training Sessions
(16-32) 60:00 Coach-Led Sessions - encouraged 2-4x/Week
(1) InBody Full Body Composition Measurements and Print Outs
Goals:
Build Structural Muscle - Maximizing Power (Power Index score will be tracked to ensure optimal Mass/Speed)
Improvements in Big “6” Testing (Vertical, RSI, Broad, 10yds Sprint, 3x Broad, Flying 10)
Strength - Improved Absorptive capacity - All Vectors, Speed, and Weight Lifting
Increased anerobic buffering capacity
Improved skill in power and speed strength lifts and concepts
Linear Speed cue’s and timing for acceleration
