Athletes will complete (8) 1on1 60:00 In-Person Coaching Sessions with a Built for Speed Coach or Meet with a Coach for Testing, and Receive the Program to be completed remotely.

“Our Private Coaching ‘Function Program” was designed by Coach Gray for athletes new to the strength and conditioning space. We will establish anatomical bias and educate the athlete on force outputs and energy demands of sport. The program is designed for athletes of all ages who possess the desire to enhance their general physical readiness and athleticism.

Manage Momentum and Stiffness & High Speed (Rebound)
Neural Drive (Learn how to produce power and accelerate)
