“This program is required for athletes with NO PRIOR training experience or instruction in strength, power, and resistance training technique, context, and intent (highly encouraged that the athlete has a training age of (2 or previous experience working with an accredited practitioner in human performance vs general fitness). Athletes in grades 5-8 are required to complete foundations before joining non-JV groups, to ensure their safety, as well as the safety of the other athletes training.

    Hex Bar B-Stance DL - Concentric Drive Lateral - Drop Jump

  3. Complete Hang Power - Yielding Frontal - Drive Concentric MPH

    Hang Power Snatch - Frontside Lift - Stiffness Recoil - Hinged Pull

Goals:
