All ages welcome. Athletes should be competing in an organized sport and capable of comprehending technical cues for general preparatory development. Adults, you do not need to be a current or previous athlete - empower yourself to learn about how and why to strength train, mobility vs flexibility, and how to mitigate and erase pain with STRENGTH - COMPLIANCE - FUNCTION.
