“This program is for adults and athletes of ALL LEVELS - Learn how strength training should match your structure, and why working towards the functional capability to sprint, increases performance in sports, lifts, and longevity. All ages welcome. Athletes should be competing in an organized sport and capable of comprehending technical cues for general preparatory development. Adults, you do not need to be a current or previous athlete - empower yourself to learn about how and why to strength train, mobility vs flexibility, and how to mitigate and erase pain with STRENGTH - COMPLIANCE - FUNCTION.
