“Our Private Coaching ‘Structure Program” was designed by Coach Gray for athletes with an intermediate to advanced training age, capable and eager to structurally change their body, looking for intensive in-person coaching on HIGH days at the gym, as well as accountability coaching and training when it comes to nutrition and achieving surpluses, hitting nutritional supplementation markers, and being pushed to max intensities when it comes to speed and power.
